There is a clear need to raise the awareness of the inequities that exist in ecosystems. There are great organizations that provide DEI training and support and we encourage organizations to do this work before working with us. We will provide some foundational DEI trainings to organizations to support common language building in the beginning of an engagement.
📰 ANALYZE
We believe that the opportunity for change starts with the analysis of current circumstances that are holding back organizations from evolving, becoming more productive, and ultimately empowering its talent from leading at their highest potential.

We believe that after our analysis, it is important for ecosystems—large and small—must understand the impact on the marginalized to truly embrace the journey of equity and the betterment of all.

We support our partners to identify the change that is possible and capitalize on this new understanding by committing to the changes necessary to end their ecosystem’s inequities.

📝 STRATEGIZE
The ability to move from understanding to action is hard, but the necessary step for progress to be made. We engage with partners to create an equity driven strategic outlook and roadmap that enables ecosystems to take real steps forward towards sustained improvement.
🌐 MOBILIZE
Too often momentum is lost when the actions becomes real. However, we work with ecosystems to see create a pathway to collective improvement that pushes us to shed ourselves of bad practices and build just habits that promote growth. We help folks realize you don’t have to be stuck in the status quo but excel with a purpose.

The peaks and valleys illustrated in our graphics are intentional. We expect that individuals and teams will experience different emotions, aha moments, reflections that will change the mood and momentum of the space. For that reason, we intentionally design for a range of experiences and build structured time and experiences to uphold those moments and use them for the momentum of future conversations, experiences, and actions.

Our methodology is grounded in years of experience and research that align with the process that organizations and ecosystems will engage with as they move from feelings and experiences of inequity to transformational bodies organized to improve outcomes, especially for the statistically marginalized people of color.
