>About Us

In order to grow, thrive, believe, hope, and dream, we must acknowledge that living in a more just society is linked to understanding our past, living for the present, and innovating for the future. The unfortunate reality is our lived experiences have not been equitable. Our society is rooted in intentional divides that separate people by constructs rather than the values that make us brilliant humans. Made By Change transforms that narrative. We want to disrupt the conventional, uproot the incremental, and expand the minds of many to create new possibilities. Our goal is to help the public and private sectors analyze the inequities that exist within their ecosystems, support redesigning systems, and create strategies to realize an equitable tomorrow. We believe that the solutions to the social inequities exist at the intersection of inequities across industries.

We support organizations in creating people-first cultures by recognizing individuals’ diversity, catalyzing a culture of community, and mobilizing success for all in places that equip people and teams to become their best selves.
